ADF CLASSIC CAR FOR A CURE LOTTERY 2024/25

Draw Dates:
There is one (1) Early Bird I Prize, one (1) Early Bird II Prize, one (1) Early Bird III Prize and one (1) Grand Prize
All early bird draws will be held at 8602 112 Street, Edmonton, Alberta, and the grand prize draw will be held at Century Casino in St. Albert, AB as follows:
Early Bird I Prize: $10,000 cash prize. Valued at $10,000. Early Bird I Prize Draw: 11:00 am, Tuesday, August 27st, 2024. Cutoff date: 11:59 pm, Sunday August 18th, 2024. Early Bird II Prize: $5,000 cash prize. Valued at $5,000. Early Bird II Prize Draw: 11:00 am, Tuesday, January 7th, 2025. Cutoff date: 11:59 pm, Sunday, December 22th, 2024. Early Bird III Prize: $5,000 cash prize. Valued at $5,000. Early Bird III Prize Draw: 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 6th, 2025. Cutoff date: 11:59 pm, Sunday, April 27th, 2025 Grand Prize: 1956 Mercury Truck M100, Valued at $60,000 Grand Prize Draw: 7:00 pm, Tuesday, August 5th ,2025. Cutoff date: 11:59 pm Sunday, July 27th, 2025. All tickets purchased before the draw date cut-off time will be eligible for all remaining prizes. Winning tickets are put back into the drum for all remaining draws. The above-mentioned draws are open to any member of the general public wishing to attend. The draw will be witnessed by two elected executives and one member of the public. The person doing the draw will not have a ticket or an interest in the draw. Draw Order: The draw will consist of one (1) draw for the Early Bird I Prize, one (1) draw for the Early Bird II Prize, one (1) draw of Early Bird III and one (1) draw for the Grand Prize. Each ticket received by 11:59 p.m. of the cut off dates mentioned above will be eligible for the Early Bird prizes. All tickets received after 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, April 27th, 2025, and prior will be eligible for the Grand Prize only, except those not received prior to the published cut-off date. All purchased tickets must be eligible for ALL non-identical prizes.
All winners will be notified in writing by the Alberta Diabetes Foundation detailing what they have won and where they can claim their prize. Also, all names, cities, and winning ticket numbers will be published within 14 days following the draw on the lottery website at www.classiccarforacure.ca & www.albertadiabetesfoundation.com.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded, there will be no cash substitutes. Prizes must be claimed within three (3) months from the final draw date
If the prizes remain unclaimed for more than three (3) months from the date of the draw, a request will be made to the AGLC for a decision regarding the disbursement of the prizes. The committee reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the published prize is no longer available upon the approval of the AGLC. Raffle guidelines prohibit the following people from purchasing tickets: The Lottery Manager, Board Members of the Alberta Diabetes Foundation, the Lottery Committee, employees of the Alberta Diabetes Foundation, immediate family of those listed above, and anyone under the age of 18. The Licensee will advise all purchasers not to include the name of anyone under the age of 18 on the ticket due to the required Public Trustee Act. In the event that a winning ticket stub lists more than one name, the Licensee will award the prize to one individual whose name appears on the ticket stub. The Licensee and the AGLC are not responsible for resolving disputes that may arise between the different individuals.
Retail value of the prizes:
Early Bird I Prize: $10,000 cash
Early Bird II Prize: $5,000 cash
Early Bird III Prize: $5,000 cash
Grand Prize: 1956 Mercury Truck M100 valued at $60,000
(including taxes).
Distribution of Tickets:
All tickets will be controlled by committee members and are only available by internet or in person at scheduled events. Ticket Request Forms are available at participating sponsor locations and scheduled events. Ticket Request Forms will be collected weekly, with tickets processed and mailed by the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre. Ticket Request Forms must be received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre to be valid. Tickets may be purchased with cheque, money order, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, bank debit card, and cash. The Lottery Committee’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
ickets starting with the letter “A” are a designated value of 1 for $50, with a total of 2,000 tickets available. Tickets starting with the letter “B” are a designated value of 3 for $100, with a total of 3,000 sets of three (3) tickets (a total of 9,000 individual tickets) available. Total number of combined tickets will be 11,000. If one level of tickets sells out before the official closing date of the lottery, a request to redesignate the remaining tickets may be submitted to the AGLC
Tickets will be mailed to each ticket purchaser.
Only upon demonstrating extraordinary circumstances to AGLC will the Licensee make a request for a draw date extension.
Refund Policy:
If any purchased ticket has been entered for any draw, no refund will be issued.

The personal information collected by the Alberta Diabetes Foundation will be used to process ticket orders and to contact you regarding ongoing and future lotteries. The names, cities, and winning ticket numbers of the Grand Prize winner will be posted on the ClassicCarforaCure.ca & the Alberta Diabetes Foundation website.
